Early 2024 at jars.global we planned to ship 1 new SaaS product per month.

After launching our first product Qura.ai and getting decent traction we saw that shipping fast wasn't enough, and we had to iterate even faster to grow Qura.

We started messaging our users to understand how we can improve and tailor Qura to be their favorite tool, and quickly became overwhelmed with the feedback.

We started looking for user feedback tools and came across Canny, but once as we saw their pricing we knew it wasn't a fit.

Seeing this opportunity, Saylo.io was born and our goal was to make an affordable user feedback tool specifically for indie hackers and others who loved to ship fast.

Currently, Saylo is just a feedback widget with AI analysis to easily gather & analyze your user feedback to ship features users want and help your product's growth.

As our users grow, we're relying on Saylo to collect their feedback and see the best way to improve the product and really benefit indie hackers and others who find themselves in similar positions that we were in.
