ScanMe.menu answers the call that several other companies have answered. I noticed that there are some solutions in the US, but I believe mine is the best. It's easy to get started, you do not even need to create an account. You just submit pictures of your menu and ScanMe.menu sends you an email with links to edit your new mobile-friendly menu, or print your menu for use with 5"x7" sign holders. I am still working on a pricing model, but I am thinking of an initial free plan for up to 100 monthly scans, and a 5.99 plan for up to 1000 scans per month.
