Launched the email course
Took me a few weeks to conceptualize it and then almost two months to actually write it but now, after all the hard work, 'The Science of Affirmations' email course is ready.
It's a seven day free email course that anyone can subscribe to and gain insights from my personal experience and the experience of other from whose work I have drawn inspirations, and get more focused.
It teaches the techniques of positive mindset, goal settings, change of perception, visualization and affirmations.
