The problem I wanted to solve:
I kept running into situations where I needed to clean messy CSV or Excel files (duplicates, mixed date formats, split names, phone numbers, etc.), but I didn’t want to
Upload customer/CRM data to random online tools
Install heavy desktop software
Write one-off Python scripts every time
So I built a fully client-side cleaner that never uploads your file.
What it does:
Works with CSV, XLSX, and XLS
Scans the file first and suggests fixes
You review and apply only what you want
Remove duplicates (exact + fuzzy)
Standardize dates
Split full names
Format phone numbers & emails
Trim whitespace, clean empty values, and more
Download a “recipe” so you can re-apply the same cleaning steps later
Strict mode is on by default - nothing leaves your device.

I was facing this exact problem with one of my clients. They keep asking new things. Some fall in scope and some completely out of it. Had to deal with it with most of my clients. Most of the times the changes are not tracked, lots of unpaid billing hours add up and worst of all the awkward space where we don't know how to respond to a client's request.
I built a tool that can help with all of these. One might be juggling between projects, lose sight of what's in and out of scope at the moment, drafting a reply to the client's request and maintaining a track of out-of-scope requests so we don't we don't lose money for scope creep.
