Deterministic 0-100 validation score for micro-SaaS ideas
Launched ScoreMySaaS three days ago — a deterministic 0-100 validation score for micro-SaaS ideas. Free, no signup, 10 questions. A $49 full report on top: live competitor research with real pricing, a go-to-market plan with ready-to-run ad copy, a build estimate and Mom Test questions.
48 hours in: first paid report sold and delivered. Crypto payment (USDT via NOWPayments), fully automated pipeline — the report generates in about 3 minutes, with a PDF landing in the buyer's inbox.
A few things that surprised me:
1. The market moved under my feet. While researching competitors I found the "idea validation" niche got crowded fast in 2026 — but almost everyone sells an AI verdict. I went the opposite way: deterministic methodology, same idea = same score. That became the whole positioning.
2. Watching one real user beats ten reviews. My first live user test found 7 UX problems in 20 minutes — jargon nobody understands, hints nobody notices, questions that sound like duplicates. All shipped as fixes the same day.
3. Crypto-only payments are viable for a $49 digital product — no Stripe, no chargebacks — but the last mile (status polling, "report ready" email) matters more than the payment itself.
Stack: Next.js on Cloudflare Workers (D1, Cron, Browser Rendering for PDFs), Claude for market research. Solo, bootstrapped, built in public.

The deterministic approach is what caught my attention.
Most validation tools are really selling confidence. You're selling consistency. Those sound similar, but they're very different products. If founders start trusting that the same evidence always leads to the same conclusion, that becomes a much stronger reason to use the product than simply getting another AI opinion.
