I finished the engine to dynamically scrap Google Maps, and polished the UX.
We announced the launch on our lists and it was successful. Customers got in, and loved the product.
A new confirmation: We learned that customers were willing to pay premium prices to get leads from Google Maps. Which validates again the business model and the market.
Next step will be scale.
We just put our old CSV files in database and opened a very minimalistic version of the SAAS. We pre-sold it to our list with a 80% discount and lifetime plans.
Again, a huge sales day. Everybody seems to love it.
We have market validation. Next big challenge:
Build a great product.
We have a customer base interested in buying leads for 5 years. We were thinking about a way to make money during black friday. We came up with the idea to extract leads from Google Maps, and used external tools to generate CSV files.
Our lists loved them ! We had a huge sales-day just selling csv files.
Okay, it will be ou next SAAS.

In one of my other startups I used a competing service. Much more expensive and very clunky. What you’ve built looks good! Congrats!
