API v2 and revenue updates during the war

The war is still going, and despite the recent city center attacks, we're moving forward and delivering the best web scraping quality.

  • We have reworked our approach of delivering the scraped content, so our API v2 responds with the raw received content instead of the previously JSON-wrapped. Hopefully, it would allow less hassle during the integration with our API. The next step is the proxy mode, which would open our avoidance capabilities to all the possible integrations with open-source scrapers.
  • Temporary Gmail account providers should burn in hell, as well as Free plan abusers. Our team would never decline a polite ask about a discount for the smallest plan, and we would be happy to propose good deals for medium and enterprise businesses (it's a bit angry statement in general, but the recent registration attacks drained me emotionally 🫤)
  • New proxy pools have been connected to our system, so the datacenter proxies count is more than 100.000 IPs while the residential proxies are 2.000.000+, which allows us to keep the average scraping latency less than 7 seconds.
  • 10K MRR is close enough to see but not enough to touch yet 😀

Doing our best, defeating the evil, and delivering the best web scraping experience ever ❤️
