Since We acquired this company, we've been working on a rebuild from scratch for the front end and the back end.
In the mean time, we didn't want to slow down growth. The main growth channel has been through google ads. We get a steady amount of new (paying) users each month because of this and until we can come up with a more comprehensive growth strategy, we'll continue to pay for growth since it is a revenue positive channel for us.
We got acquired! This is the first acquisition for https://xoxo.capital. We took over this product because we felt like it had a lot of room to grow and a lot of room for improvement. We acquired it at around $550 MRR. We'll check back in in a few months and see how we did!

We did a text interview with Indie Hackers today! We talked about how we got started, what our journey has been like, and our goals for the future, as well as some tips and advice for other indie hackers out there. Check it out to get a look into our story.
After 7 months the website has crossed $400 MRR per month!
Some stats
- There are a total of 568 users
- Of those 132 are active
- And of those 12 are on a paid subscription
- The average spend per user is $33
The big hairy audacious goal is to grow the MRR to $1,000 within a year. Let's see if we get there! 🤞
After 4 weeks the first paying customer signed up!
The user is on the cheapest plan of $5 per month. But, it still a great accomplishment, as this proves people are willing to pay for the service.
The next steps will be to ask the user how he found me, and see if I can attract more customers.

I'm a programmer by heart so designing everything was a real challenge, but I'm really happy with how it turned out!
