Voice-to-task lists you clear daily for a total mental reset

April 6, 2026 Stop typing your to-do list. I built a voice-to-task tool that actually shuts up. 🤫

We are living in an era of "To-Do List Anxiety." Between back-to-back Zoom calls, Slack pings, and personal life, our brains are constantly running a background process of “Don’t forget X, make sure to do Y.”

That mental "buzzing" isn't just annoying—it’s exhausting. Research shows that unrecorded tasks create a "cognitive load" that actually makes it harder to focus on the work right in front of you.

When you’re already anxious and busy, the last thing you want is another app that demands a username, a 12-character password, and 5 minutes of manual typing. Most of us just... don't do it. We tell ourselves we’ll remember. (Spoiler: We don't.)

I built Scrivra to be the fastest way to get that "buzzing" out of your head and into a structured list—without adding to your digital fatigue.

Stop Typing: Speaking is 3-4x faster than typing and feels more "organic" for brain-dumping.

Silence Detection: You talk until you're done. When you stop for 2 seconds, it stops. No fumbling with your phone while driving or holding a coffee.

Instant Clarity: It uses AI to turn your "stressed-out rambling" into a clean, actionable checklist.

No "Digital Clutter": No accounts. No database. No tracking. You get your list, you share it (the data is in the URL!) or download it, and you move on with your life.

I’m building this as a privacy-first, one-time payment tool because I think we’re all tired of being "rented" by subscriptions.

Does the idea of a "disposable" but powerful workspace help lower your anxiety, or do you feel a need to have everything saved in a permanent account? I’d love to hear how you all manage the "mental noise" of a busy week.

About

After 12 years in corporate, I realized most task apps just pile up "to-do list debt." I built this to kill that stress—a frictionless, voice-first way to dump your brain and finally start every morning at zero.
