Came up with the idea

During my time working as a product manager and product lead for several fast growing Berlin startups, I've seen software teams that really didn't work well. They don't achieve their plans and the responsibility for running the team day to day often falls in between the product manager and the technical lead, who both have too much on their plate covering other gaps in the organization.
I'd like Scrumpal to act like a virtual scrum master and to get software teams to productivity faster and keep them there.
