Build more engaged and productive software teams
While travelling through Portugal this week, I found some blocks of time to sit down and finish my third blog article. This time I wrote about backlog grooming meetings in agile scrum teams.
The topic is an important one for Scrumpal because it's one of the regular meetings in scrum teams that I want to build a specific feature for.

I just published the second article on the Scrumpal blog. It's about the start stop continue method and how it can be used for both giving peer feedback and in retrospectives of agile software teams.
I came up with the topic for this post by doing keyword research for competing apps using Neil Patel's ubersuggest tool. I focused on the lower difficulty keywords with the highest traffic.

After launching the scrumpal.com website a two weeks ago, I got around to publishing the first article. Other than what I've done in the past, the article doesn't exactly introduce the product. It rather defines a problem space that I want to explore solutions for.

Using https://gohugo.io/ and one of the free SaaS templates, I launched the first version of the website. Nothing more than a banner with a picture, a contact form and a mailing list. The website is hosted on Firebase and deployed automatically with Github actions.
During my time working as a product manager and product lead for several fast growing Berlin startups, I've seen software teams that really didn't work well. They don't achieve their plans and the responsibility for running the team day to day often falls in between the product manager and the technical lead, who both have too much on their plate covering other gaps in the organization.
I'd like Scrumpal to act like a virtual scrum master and to get software teams to productivity faster and keep them there.
