Anyone who was a part of several tech layoffs today. please id like to help. ping me on here email me Twitter Dm me however you need to. There are so many people who have been hit hard. I want to save you time and hopefully get you in a good spot asap. For starters. I don’t need you to be a seeker on Search Startup Jobs would be nice but I want to help.

I am personally daily( evenings for 3-5 hours) manually curating Employers and jobs to provide to build that community. If you have a specific skill or interest I have probably or will probably see that role 20-40 times jobs not on job boards. I will send you the direct job posting and hopefully it’ll help make an impact.

I have added hundreds of jobs in the last 30 days by hand. So, just ping me tell me your interested and I’ll dig and find you some opportunities. Unfortunately, there will be more of these types of days. If you are facing this same challenge in the coming weeks and months. Same, privately message me and I will help.

As the Building in Public squad knows, I'm rebuilding after Launch day...but if you have a friend/family member//loved one anyone send em my way, I want to help them now so in the future when everything is better..all I want is them to remember me 😁👇

Was a tad overwhelmed today a by the lack of sleep I must have had and b from the impact yesterday had...

I had a top 9 blog post scheduled to rank Startup Applicant tracking systems and a lite day but tons of engagement referrs of pages Ive never heard fo you name it. I will be detailing everything in a blog post ill share a tl;dr and a link tomorrow as a 48 hr results like a weightloss gains before and after...how we were before and what the new normal is..for now. Cheers and I cannot thank eevryone enough

Still cant believe the response 29 upvotes and 50 page follows most coming in the last 3 hours. I cant wait to see what happens these last 3 hours. Will be doing a 48 hr post Launch follow up plus all the weeks festivities on a Week 4 Build in public but im exhausted and hope for a surprise or 2 in the am

just an amazing..exhausting day...25 upvotes and counting and Top 25...this is such a huge acomplishment for us as a site created by a non-technicazl no coding founder who just turned a wasted domain in my godaddy account into something that has some wonderful potential..take a look and happy to answer questions

Today is the day I have had circled on my calendar for weeks. I have been grinding to get the site to a point where we are ready. and I am happy to say today is the day!

I would love love love your feedback on what I have invested any free time I have had on nights and weekends on. I have dedicated myself until and slightly after the launch to do the MOST unscaleable things to make sure both seekers and startup companies will want to regularly think of us in their search.

I personally felt the need for this site being on the jobseeker over the course of the last 10 years. I wanted to work for startups and built In got my feet wet. I had ping pong tables, and free lunch..yay..and then I started ot evolve.

I wanted more. I wanted a sense of ownership, and to on the ground floor in my next eveolution. Thats where getting access to the grindy, startup and getting equity was the draw, and AngelList filled that void.

That mixed, with now I am almost a decade in to the job board/recruitment space and 1 look at both of those resources the other day forced my hand. They've changed a bit since then...and now bootstrapped companies don't get nearly as much love too. They all are great opporunities, but it depends on what stage of the journey you are on.

SO, I am on a mission to be One site All Startup Jobs. From Bootstrapped 🚀💰to Unicorn 🦄. I am manually curating the employers and jobs to control quality. I am receiving the applicants myself and hand delivering to hiring managers to share our story.

With that said I would love any and all feedback form this freat community. Please take a look at our launch and I am happy to answer qquestions and discuss with y'all

TL;DR version

👋I’m Dave and I launched this softly by rolling it out to my network in October
💻All companies/jobs are manually backfilled by me ( No feeds/external apply just yet)
🏙Currently 70 Startup Companies and 113 Startup jobs listed
📧I hand-deliver all applicants for the backfilled jobs (for now)
📰I posted a TON of Blog posts, jobs, etc. for content
💼We have had 8 Jobseeker users /applicants so far
✍I would love your feedback about the current state, and what would be amazing to see in the future
✋If you see your jobs/Company profile built ping me and I would happily transfer to you and your team!
🌎 Us-based startups and jobs - should I just go global?
