Secretary Bot

The problem:

Many freelancers, consultants, agencies, and small businesses use Telegram as their primary communication channel. They spend a surprising amount of time answering the same questions over and over:

• What are your prices?

• How do I place an order?

• Are you available?

• Can you send more information?

Most existing solutions are either:

• Basic Telegram bots with rigid menus.

• Full customer-support platforms that are overkill for small teams.

My hypothesis is that there is room for something in between.

The idea is an AI Secretary for Telegram that would:

• handle first-contact conversations

• answer routine questions using business-specific instructions

• collect information from potential clients

• forward qualified requests to a human when needed

  
  

At the moment there is no product. I'm intentionally validating demand before investing significant development time.
