Selos
Sales system for non-sales founders
I’ve spent the last 15 years working in sales, including running an outsourced lead generation business and sales teams, where my role was building outbound systems that produced consistent pipeline.
Across dozens of founder-led businesses, I kept seeing the same issue. They had strong products or services, but sales activity was inconsistent or avoided altogether. Not because they weren’t capable, but because they lacked the skills, structure, or confidence to run outbound themselves.
Without a system, everything feels harder. Who do I contact? What do I say? When do I follow up? Sales gets delayed while product work and costs continue.
What usually happens next is they either start hoping inbound will pick up, or they put money into ads before having a reliable way to convert conversations into customers. In many cases, it leads to spend without consistent pipeline.
I’m building Selos to address that gap. It’s a sales execution system designed for non-sales founders. Instead of acting like another CRM, it focuses on daily actions, guided outreach, and practical prompts so founders know exactly what to do each day to start conversations.
I’m currently preparing a free beta for early users who want to put a structured outbound system in place and give feedback as the product develops. If that sounds relevant, you can join the early access list here: https://selos.co.uk/
Still early and building in public. If you’re a founder who finds sales harder than building, I’d value your perspective.
About
Most founders can build but struggle to sell, so Selos turns outbound into a simple daily system that shows them who to contact, what to say, and what to do next.
