This is a simple, yet very handy product for our customer success team. As a small team, we often find ourselves wanting to send customers an update, a fix, or just a notification during a time that is just not very convenient, for example, when we do not have enough time to engage at the moment.

With Send Later, you can schedule messages to send later, for example, to send later in the day or the next day during working hours. When scheduling a message, you can also specify a date and time in a specific timezone. This makes it possible for a customer success manager to interact with the client at a time that works for both parties.
