sendd.io

I am atypical and usually work on my projects and get them all built and at the very end think of a domain name. I have been making good progress and am getting close to launching the alpha for my first user, me. I will need a domain name to start seeing if everything works for myself. I have bought www.sendd.io. It is short and since I am sending sms and email I felt like it could work. Need to put up a landing page there or something. Will be trying it out for myself hopefully soon.

Setting up transactional emails for my various SaaS products was always a pain. Coding up notifications for when a payment fails, a payment succeeds, a subscription is cancelled, a new customer signs up, a new customer starts a free trial, etc always took longer than it should. My last project also involved utilizing SMS. SMS response rate is much higher than email response rate. Using SMS and email together will hopefully prevent churn.
