After weeks of building solo alongside my full-time job, the Sendifique waitlist is live at sendifique.com.

What's already working:

- Landing page in German + English, auto-detected by browser language

- Double opt-in signup via Brevo — confirmation required, no dark patterns

- Legal pages (Impressum, Privacy Policy) already finalized

- Self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Matomo) — no cookie banner needed

No paid ads, no big launch push yet — just started sharing it in relevant places to see if the idea resonates before sinking more time into the full app build.

Next up: finishing server infrastructure for the actual product, then a real launch date.
