Sentimentor
Make sense of customer communications
After a bit of a review back-and-forth, Sentimentor was approved by Drift for their App Directory.
I improved the product quite a bit over the past while, but it's still far from polished and something that I feel like I can charge people for. The MVP is pretty much complete, but there are a lot of improvements in terms of general polish I can make.
The biggest thing now is getting enough beta users to see how it scales and where I should spend my time building out. I made it free while in beta!
For next steps, I want to add nicer marketing images and a chat solution (lol) to get feedback. If you're interested, please check it out, I would love the feedback.
The site looks very rough, and there's a lot of things I'm straight up embarrassed about, but you know how the saying goes.. Decided to open it up to beta, because I need some users and data to move forward.
As a part of the beta, I submitted Sentimentor to Intercom App Store, one of the integrations that we will support.
Will start on Drift integration while I wait word from the review process.
If you use Intercom and want to give Sentimentor a try, reach out!

I'm not a big believer in landing pages (before a product is ready to go), especially those that don't show anything about the product. Personally I would never sign up (give my email) to a random page that has no screenshots and a bunch of marketing speak.
That said I recognize a lot of people here advocate to do it for better visibility and to get launched faster. Even though I'm skeptical, I wanted to give it a shot.
Sentimentor is coming along great and I'm very excited to launch it someday soon. Until then, I wanted to get a barebones landing page going to gauge interest and maybe even collect a few emails of interested folks before the closed beta.

Understanding and collecting feedback from customer communications like live chat has so far mostly been a manual exercise, involving collecting bunch of information on spreadsheets. Sentimentor aims to fix this.
