Serverless Console
Alternative UI for AWS (a VS Code extension)
Except for posting a link on Reddit, I haven't done any marketing.
Still, the extension has more than 650 unique installs in two months (about 10 per day).
Since AWS has many services and users often complain about its UI, I decided I will build support for more than AWS Lambda and CloudWatch logs.
So now, I am working on DynamoDB admin UI.
However, I believe I will release it as a "pro" feature (with trial option).
I am thinking about $10 per month or $80 per year. I'm also considering making a special "plans" for buying multiple licenses (for companies).
The product itself is not really a SAAS since it doesn't have any backend (at least now when there is no license check) because communication with the client's AWS account is done directly from the extension.
After I created a first working version (took about 2 weeks) I've published it on VS Code, made a gif of how it works and posted it on Reddit.
The response was better than I expected and I got about 100 installs the first day

When working with AWS Lambda functions, I found myself wasting time searching for log groups in the AWS console. I solved that by creating a VS Code extension with UI more suited for my use case.
