September 30, 2021 September Update

Okay, so this September we achieve good things for a start. Even though we had the projects by our friends and references. Have a good margin for now.

So, These were our plans for September :

  • Get new followers on social media, at least Twitter and LinkedIn by 20 followers. The result, Twitter is 13, Linkedin 20. Haven't do anything about engagement. Also, Instagram needs more attention since lots of business owners using the platform.
  • Relaunch our website. We did launch it and gain a 200% spike in visitors.
  • Get at least 4 clients onboarding. The result is we got 3 into deals for now.
  • Create content for social media. We still haven't achieved this. Too busy building.
  • Launched 2 client's websites.

As we talk to clients, I realize that I need more value to offer and some unique selling point and package it into the services. And sometimes, the customer seems doesn't know what they want on their website.

September 14, 2021 Relaunch, Redesign, and Rebrand

So, I talked with some of our web visitors and gather some feedbacks. I decided to redesign the whole page and add a blog section to have our own place to blog something interesting.

We don't add new services, since I stick to what we can offer now. Meanwhile, I still do a trial and error on pricing our service. If you have any suggestions, please don't hesitate to give them to me.

I relaunch it because the old one seems doesn't represent what we are doing and is kinda bit old on design. Go visit servication.co and have a look :)

Feedbacks are welcome.

September 6, 2021 Full design and development with Dorik

Ok, so this weekend I am converting the client's old website from the static web (using Jekyll generator) to Dorik this weekend. It's a really simple web builder and I am planning to use Dorik for all web design needs!

Check this website: https://tkassyafiiyah02.id/ I build it with Dorik drag and drop website builder. It's bahasa Indonesia language.

September 1, 2021 Got our 3rd client!

The client comes to us and wants to build their internal tools to manage their warehouse from input a product, delivery to creating invoice!

We're offering to build the app with visual no-code tools since we're low on engineers, and the client agreed as long the app itself is manageable from a small device since there will be a stream of data comes from the project site.

This is our first project using no-code tools so we're excited to start one!

August 1, 2021 Re-Launch Servication.co website

This is my first bootstrap gig after leaving my ten years working in a corporate/startup.

Servication was born because we want to build a business education platform for business owners and entrepreneurs. My co-founder initiated the idea but he canceled, left and we failed to start, because of too many things in mind that we wanted to do without actually doing it lol. Now finally, after a couple of months of finding myself about what I want to do, I create a business model, relaunch the website and build a productized model for my service.

Servication is a web service subscription company, that's what I come up with. I love building websites back then and I want to help professionals and business owners to have one website to represent themself.

So it's safe for me to start with what I have and learn new skills including marketing and sales. It's still early, and I am still looking for the right price for my targeted market.

For the Servication journey, I know there's a no-code movement happening around for a year, It might be good to have a different approach to building an application, in a faster way, less code and setup.

Hi Nick, yes I've been discovered some if them. Design Dash is one of them. I am still figuring out what works for different clients with different requirement that we can offer.
