Service Pricing Tool

I’ve been building Service Pricing Tool, a free calculator website for local service pricing.

The idea came from noticing that customers often search things like “how much does house cleaning cost?” or “how much does gutter cleaning cost?” before booking a service, but many pages only give broad estimates.

So I started building simple calculators that let users enter job details and get a low, average, and high price range.

Right now the site includes calculators for:

- House cleaning

- Move-in and move-out cleaning

- Carpet cleaning

- Rug cleaning

- Upholstery cleaning

- Lawn care

- Pressure washing

- Gutter cleaning

- Junk removal

- Dog grooming

- Auto detailing

I also added customer guides around each category to support the calculators and help with SEO.

I used AI heavily during the build process for planning the site structure, generating calculator logic, writing guide outlines, improving copy, debugging code, and cleaning up technical SEO issues like sitemap URLs, canonicals, redirects, and internal links.

The project is still early. I’m focused on improving the calculators, getting feedback, and growing organic traffic before monetizing.
