ServiceTags
Collect forms from any asset simply by scanning a QR code
What does an ice cream company, a pharmacy, and a supermarket chain have in common?
They all chose ServiceTags to help solve pain points they’re facing.
Landing such a diverse set of clients makes it difficult to decide which vertical/s to tackle and keep focused on moving forward (I suppose a good problem to have).
My goal now is to get these companies running smoothly before I hunker down and work on refining my go to market strategy.
To me landing these clients validates ServiceTags and gets me super excited about the future of it.
There’s a need that needs catering :)
Why not.
Customers deserve instant support from self-serve hardware as much as they do on a website.
You deserve to have a high-level view of your hardware's operational status.
Enter ServiceTags.
We provide each unit of hardware you own with its own sticker with a unique QR code mapped to that specific unit.
Hardware can be anything self-serve-related. Vending machines, porta-potties, ATM's you name it. If it's got a 1-800 number on it, ServiceTags is for you.
Scanning a QR code lets customers create support tickets, chat with customer support, request refunds, and more.
Scanning a QR code lets your team members update your hardware's status, mark a support ticket as resolved, mark scheduled maintenance as complete, and more.
And because each QR is unique to its piece of hardware, you get a clear overview of all your hardware's operational statuses.
You can glean insight into hardware frequenting mechanical failures, see which employees have uncompleted tasks, view the most popular product requests etc.
It lets you sit back and allow incoming support tickets to get assigned to and notify specific team members. It lets you auto-assign based on which machine it came from, the type of service request, location, and more.
ServiceTags is exciting because it serves a need in so many different markets.

There's no Intercom for vending machines. Let's change that.

I checked out https://servicetags.co and had some UX issues: the scrollbar is hidden, the Pricing button doesn't work and the "use cases" button is just a text.
Thanks for the heads up!
The site is long overdue for an overhaul, haven't gotten the chance yet. Will post when I do :)
