On demand spreadsheet support for a flat monthly rate
Finished the website and posted to a Productized Service Facebook group for some feedback.
Got some really great constructive criticisms around the copywriting and design, so I tightened up the verbiage on the website and changed some design elements.
I thought their could be a better way for people to get help with their spreadsheets. The way I saw it, the existing options for people to get support with their spreadsheets:
If it's a question or something they're trying to troubleshoot:

Google for answers and read through dozens of blogs, hoping that somebody has written about their specific situation.

Post their question and spreadsheet (confidential?) to forums or other channels and wait an unknown amount of time for somebody to respond, hopefully with suitable answers.
If it's a task or something they need built:

Hire somebody part time or full time if there's enough work to keep them busy.

Post a job on a freelancing platform like Upwork, filter through candidates, interview a handful and award the job to a (hopefully) suitable candidate.
None of these solutions are very elegant, user friendly and full of hassles. What if you could get support for your spreadsheets, on demand for a low, fixed monthly price? Just submit your question or task and get a prompt, guaranteed solution.
