SHFT

Hey everyone,

I’m building SHFT — a tool that helps shift-based teams (like baristas, retail staff, youth teams, etc.) organize their shifts, get automatic reminders, trade shifts, and more — all in one clean, modern app.

I’m a solo founder with the vision, the designs, and most of the core logic already outlined. I’ve been validating the idea, planning go-to-market, and even setting up early outreach. What I need now is a builder — someone who can move fast, is startup-minded, and wants to co-create something meaningful.

Who this is for:

A dev who’s tired of client work and wants ownership

Someone who enjoys shipping and iterating fast

You care more about momentum than perfection

What’s in it for you:

Equity (if we vibe and commit)

Creative freedom to shape the product

A problem that actually needs solving

If this sounds interesting, reply here or DM me. Let’s talk and see if there’s a fit!

Thanks,

Oromidayo
