Turn one customer interview into a company-wide proof engine

May 16, 2026 Why we're building a new category for B2B customer marketing (And why it has to scale)

Hey Indie Hackers,

My co-founder Andres and I just set up the product page for Shine (https://shine.studio).

We’re building this because we spent years hitting the exact same wall from two different sides—Andres as a lifelong startup builder dealing with high-friction ops, and myself as a veteran marketing operator.

We both know that deep, authentic customer proof (metrics, case studies, raw quotes) is the highest-converting sales asset a B2B company can have. Yet, the traditional pipeline to create it is fundamentally broken. It’s an exhausting, manual loop of scheduling, long interviews, back-and-forth drafting, and slow approvals. Because the friction is so high, most companies only ship a couple of case studies a year. It simply doesn't scale.

We took a first-principles approach to this bottleneck and are introducing a new framework we call "Proof Operations." Shine acts as a System of Record for customer proof. Instead of treating brand evidence as a series of chaotic creative projects, our platform uses AI to extract verified, structured, and audit-ready data straight out of a single, short customer interview. From there, it packages that raw truth into reusable assets ready to deploy across your entire revenue funnel.

How we're building it

We are currently weeks away from our mid-2026 production launch and are running a tight, highly technical development loop.

Our internal philosophy is simple: We measure success by outcomes, not hours. We focus entirely on real-world impact—what we ship and the tangible results it drives for the business.

We're looking for other curious builders and developers who think the same way to join us, feedback our website, and give us brutal feedback on the positioning.

If you’ve ever wrestled with scaling B2B customer marketing or case study pipelines, I’d love to hear how you handled the operational headache in the comments.

About

In a world of AI-generated noise, trust is the only thing that doesn’t scale. Revenue teams don't need more ‘content.’ They need undeniable proof that holds up under real buyer scrutiny.
