Launched on BiggerPockets, a forum for real estate investors and owners. After receiving a message from one prospective user in the first few minutes, it was crickets... But hardly expecting an immediate response, so it's all about building momentum now.

Used Stripe Atlas to incorporate, mostly as motivation to build something more than just a side project.

Started with an InVision prototype and shared with prospective customers.
