Today morning I received the notification from the BigC team that the App was approved after the edits they requested. Not the best experience, since it took BigC about ~3-4 weeks to go live. Seems like they don't really care about Technical Partners unlike Shopify -- First red flag BUT I finally have a live App!!
Thought about what could be the fastest way to explore the BigC platform.
Having extensive experience with EasyPost, I thought Integrating BigC & EasyPost would be the fastest way for me
Since shipping app is the basic necessity for any Ecomm store - This might have a faster feedback loop
It took 8-9 days, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for ShipBlink. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Django/DRF, VueJS/Vuetify since that's what I'm the most comfortable with. In hindsight, there were a few features I built that probably could've waited until later. But I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
