Finally found a working marketing channel — cold outreach. I've been able to achieve $8 CAC (my personal record😅). The open rate is 78%, the signup rate is 1%. Emails won't work long term, but it seems we already have enough leads to get 60-80 paying customers.

After 20-30 customer interviews I realized that my idea was stupid and no one needed that. But I was able to discover 2 real pains that founders have when fundraising: a) finding investors b) getting meetings. At that time I had no MVP and no landing page. I just pitched a customer on a call and he agreed to pay for my services.

I got the idea when I was fundraising for my previous startup. I was a solo founder and fundraising quickly became my full-time job. I spent most of the time on investor research and outreach, so I decided to automate it. My previous startup was acquired in Feb, so I decided to start working on the new idea. I met with my friend and we decided to work together.
