It took long than expected but I did launch a few other projects in the mean time. I was able to use SideProjectPM to help launch those and dog food it myself so that definitely helped me solidify it.
Changed the name back to SideProjectPM from GuiltTrip.
Changed all of the branding back to the arcade style. Upgraded servers. Cleaned up code.
Started planning out more templates and SMS based interactions but decided that it's time to launch an MVP rather than continuing to add features in the dark.
Going to focus on getting users and then I'll use their feedback to determine what features to add.
Started working on the idea for this with a friend.
We went back and forth with a few designs and different models.
Originally there was going to be a direct mail component. Something physical to keep you interested and focused. We eventually decided that this wasn't really core to the product and we would never break even on costs.
