Sieve
Filter Out Broken Hiring Practices
If you are uncomfortable working in a job that monitors your productivity by automated means (keyboard/mouse tracking, screenshots, webcam, etc.), save yourself the awkwardness of asking this slightly difficult question during the interview, by using Sieve to only initiate conversations with companies that monitor using means with which you are comfortable.
Now it's easier than ever to create an account and begin filtering out the broken hiring practices.
Check out the Job Seeker Profile Page without even saving your data, just to get an idea of the control Sieve gives you over your Software Development job search.

I've been working on it for longer than I'm willing to admit. Built in aspnet core + F# + Giraffe.
Built Sieve to scratch my own itch because while there is high demand for Software Development, Developers often find ourselves participating in types of job interviews which we find to be counterproductive or scarcely related to the work to be performed.
If you're a Software Developer who wants more control over the types of jobs that you interview for, check out the Profile Page to see the type of control that Sieve gives you over your job search.

About
I'm a Software Engineer tired of whiteboard coding interviews for jobs performed at a computer, tired of algorithm interviews for non-algorithmic jobs, tired of open seating plans when our job requires focus, etc.
