The Tinder for finding roommates.
We now have a place to sign up to be notified about beta and launch information. We are just using a simple google form to collect email addresses and location information so we can quantify who is interested in our app, and where are they from. If we can't get 1000 people to sign up, we are going to look to pivot / re-evaluate on our idea. My thoughts are your app idea is fundamentally flawed if you can't get a significant number of people to sign up to be notified when its released.
Ben, one of the founders, who also is a barber, had a bunch of clients come in and complain about their roommates. "Wouldn't it be great if there was an app for that?" we joked. We decided to set out to solve the problem commonly heard from our friends "If I had known X about this person, I would have never moved in with in them."
