I spent the last three years building free tools and never considered charging for them until Signal.
I am very glad so many people are getting value from it and some have decided to pay for more value. In the last four months since launching our pro plan, Signal has (almost entirely) organically acquired 18 paying users, churned 3, and is now at $112 MRR. These are exciting times for the Penname suite of products, of which Signal is only icing on the top.
