Hey Indie Hackers, I’m validating a product idea called SignalScout AI.
It’s a weekly AI-assisted market signal report for SaaS founders.
The problem I’m testing:
Founders know they should monitor competitors, user complaints, product launches, reviews, Reddit/HN discussions, positioning changes, and feature requests, but doing this manually every week is time-consuming and inconsistent.
SignalScout is meant to turn those scattered public signals into a short weekly report that answers:
| “What should I build, change, write, or test next?”
The report can include:
competitor moves
repeated user complaints
feature requests
positioning/pricing signals
emerging market trends
recommended product experiments

Important: this is not a fully automated SaaS dashboard yet. I’m intentionally starting with a concierge-style beta. Early users share their product/company URL, what they’re building, competitors they watch, and the decision they want the report to help with. I produce the first reports manually with AI assistance so I can learn what founders actually find useful before building automation.
I’m looking for a few SaaS founders to test the first reports for free.
