I had always been terrified of the idea of switching to a recurring revenue model because I had always been reliant on big projects to pay the bills.

But after a year of working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, I realized that the majority of them don't have the budget for design services, or they can't afford to hire someone full-time.

And, although I had success working with amazing clients, my design agency was also struggling, because people would hire me for one project and then never contact me again.

That's why I finally decided to switch to a recurring revenue model so I can grow my agency and offer competitive rates for premium designs.
