I’m Andrea from Italy, the creator of Simple Virtual Tour.
The story behind this project is quite personal. Five years ago, I was moving houses and wanted a way to visualize the new space in a truly immersive way. As a programmer, I thought: "Why not build this myself?" What started as a personal tool for my own move ended up on a marketplace almost as a joke. But the response was overwhelming. People didn't just want a tour builder; they wanted ownership. They loved that I was selling the source code, allowing them to be the sole owners of their data without being tied to a monthly subscription.
Over the last 5 years, this project has grown far beyond that initial script. I’ve personally listened to every piece of feedback from my users, and together, we’ve built this software. Through more than 100 updates, we’ve evolved it from a simple viewer into a professional ecosystem.

with a one-time purchase model is genuinely rare. You've clearly hit a real nerve with the ownership angle.
One thing worth looking at: with a one-time sale model, your entire revenue depends on new visitors converting. There's no subscription safety net.
