Came up with idea for "Customer Onboarding"

We were working on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and our primary use case was automating the collection and parsing of onboarding spreadsheets. We saw so many people copy/pasting information in an unstructured way that we thought automating this process would be the right way forward.

However, we then realized that building a whole end-to-end platform around customer onboarding might be a more valuable solution. It also helped that Sai was the product manager who built this exact solution at his previous role.
