Closed Customer #3

Third time is definitely the charm! This was our first customer to come in via a warm intro, and it made the process much easier!

We closed our third customer using a different pricing model to test out our hypothesis, and it seems like both models might work (per set vs flat).

They were able to set up and configure the end-to-end process in Simplemnt with limited help from us, making us more confident that our product makes sense and is usable by our ICP.

With each new customer, we are seeing that we have the table stakes covered and everything we build new seems to be useful to the others as well. This makes us feel like we are building a solid platform instead of random one-off features.
