SiteTypes
Turn messy domain exports into clean prospect lists
Built SiteTypes because we were wasting too much time manually filtering outreach exports.
Most lists from Ahrefs, Semrush, competitor research, and Google scraping looked good at first glance, until we started opening domains manually.
A huge portion turned out to be:
- ecommerce stores
- company websites
- SaaS landing pages
- directories
- irrelevant domains
We originally built SiteTypes as an internal workflow tool to classify websites automatically by:
- website type
- niche
- CMS
- language
- outreach suitability
The goal wasn’t to build another generic SEO platform.
We simply wanted cleaner prospect lists and less manual filtering before outreach starts.
About
SiteTypes started as an internal workflow tool for cleaning messy outreach and prospecting exports from Ahrefs, Semrush, Google scraping, and competitor research. We built it to reduce the time spent manually filtering.

The internal tool to public product story is always interesting because the conversion problem is different from a typical SaaS launch. Your buyers already know they have this problem — they've felt the pain of opening 200 domains manually. The question is whether they find you before they build their own version.
At $0, the leak is almost always that the page speaks to the tool rather than the time saved. "Clean prospect lists" is the feature. "Stop wasting 3 hours filtering before every outreach campaign" is the reason someone pays.
Who's your primary buyer right now — agency, solo SEO, or in-house team?
