I started my career in corporate environments and executive search firms, where I worked closely with multinational clients, high-growth startups, and senior leaders navigating complex people challenges. Over time, I realized that what I loved most was not just filling roles — but shaping the systems behind them: designing organizations, aligning teams with business goals, and creating clarity in the chaos of growth.

That’s what led me to become an independent consultant.

Today, I support founders and leadership teams across the EMEA region with hiring strategy, org design, competency frameworks, and people systems that scale. My approach is hands-on, tailored, and always anchored in business context.
