After quite a bit of iterations, I had a MVP that was ready for testing. Naturally the client we built this for was the first one to test the MVP - we got valuable feedback on how to improve the product going forward.
Features we added were: OKRs support - to help with goal setting within the organisation, in-app mailing functionality and client access portal for project documents, meetings and milestone reporting.

This project started as a client sponsored project. I own a software development company and one of my clients wanted a simpler CRM for their business. The requirements were not grand - just a place to keep track of all their contacts, leads and be able to send regular emails to client groups.
On this day, I started working on a project that would SaaS CRM platform for this clients, later on the project was expanded to include other features: HR, Task Management, Accounting, Project Management
