Skuru
From invoice to inventory, automatically.
Every warehouse operator and small business owner I talked to had the same problem. Vendor invoices coming in and someone sitting down to manually type every single line item into their inventory system one by one. Hours every week with zero value added.
So I built Skuru. Upload a vendor invoice, PDF, image, or a phone photo of a paper invoice on your desk , and the AI reads it and generates your complete inventory data in seconds.
We currently have integrations with a few systems and export via CSV and Excel as a fallback that works with everything out of the box. The next step is to build more direct integrations so the data flows straight into your inventory or accounting system, without any manual export step at all.
We have two active users live right now, a warehouse customer and a bike shop, and we are working on closing our first ten customers.
For anyone who has built a B2B SaaS from scratch, what was your biggest lesson closing your first ten customers?
About
