We didn’t plan to build a Zoom dialer.
We were running an outbound sales project and needed something simple to make calls. Found a Zoom dialer. Tried it. Thought, “Wait… this exists?”
Few minutes in, we were both asking how anyone uses this without losing their mind.
So naturally — two full-time guys with zero free time decided to build something better.
That’s how SmartDial by Creel was born: the most powerful all-in-one dialing tool for Zoom Phone. Helps elite sales teams reduce wrap-up time, manage callbacks and close more sales.
We didn’t set out to reinvent outbound calling. We just wanted a tool that didn’t fight us.
Instead, we found:
Clunky interfaces
No way to track call notes or history
Missed follow-ups
And way too many browser tabs
So we built SmartDial over nights and weekends. One line of code at a time. One Zoom integration bug at a time. One "why are we doing this again?" moment at a time.
We launched quietly. Got a few early users. Then a couple more. And every time someone said, “This is exactly what I needed,” we pushed harder.
Now it’s live on Product Hunt. Still beta. Still raw. But simple, fast, and already helping teams dial more and waste less.
