In recent months the traffic on the site has been picking up steadily, increasing the amount of organizations opting for premium version.
Though 2 of these new paid customers were trying out the tool since 1 month now, one of the customer was pretty new to SmartTask. I didn't expect they would signup to the paid tier so soon.

I had been trying to get a customer on-board through offline means since 3 months now.
Almost came close to closing a solar project management company earlier. Though it didn't work out we were able to create a solar template for solar industry.
Having the solar project template and a firm commitment. I made a cold call to a solar company - Topsun Energy who were looking for a customer service management tool.
They liked SmartTask's task management features and agreed for 1 month trial. Rest is history. (There's an interesting sales story here, will talk about it soon)
