After extensive testing and multiple A/B tests, product is fully launched and conversion optimized. Conversion tests were main focus during last phase with the aim to improve user's experience with the portal. Also baked in various partner banks' credit lending criteria into the portal and added free online instant loan assessment function.

Managed to scrap and pushed out a prototype website after sustaining through past few years with consulting and advisory gigs. Though not able to scale, these client engagements provided valuable inputs that are baked into the first prototype. By understanding SMEs' pain points on financing, I aim to smooth out the uneven edges and friction in the financing process.

After working in the banks pushing financing products to SMEs that might not necessarily be in their best interests, I thought that there might be a better way to do this. Instead of representing only one organisation and promoting only one product, I can better serves my clients by sharing All financing products instead, so SMEs can make better choices.
