Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Fullstack Developer (.NET / Angular) as a CTO at Smtping.

As our CTO, you’ll lead the charge in back-end and front-end web development, software development, and full-stack development to enhance the user experience and functionality of our email marketing services.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a CTO to join www.smtping.com, a SaaS platform for email validation and warm-up tools.

Essentially, you are:

- A full-stack developer (.NET, Angular, with some knowledge in Python) with a deep understanding of the email industry and the SMTP protocol.

- Skilled in back-end and front-end development, with a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Experienced with .NET (mainly .net core) and Angular frameworks.

- A strong communicator and leader, capable of driving technical vision and execution.

Ideally, you have:

- Worked on at least one SaaS project before.

- Deployed and managed APIs.

- Experience with payment gateway systems.

- Knowledge in multi-threading, regex syntax, server IP rotation, and ESP/ISP specifications.

- Familiarity with AWS, OVH, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms.

- Kept up with the latest AI technologies and trends.

What You’ll Do:

As our CTO, you’ll take ownership of the following responsibilities within a clear backlog and a well-respected roadmap:

- Design and deliver high-quality technical and functional specifications to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

- Develop and implement new features to enhance product functionality, addressing evolving user needs and market demands.

- Conduct rigorous unit testing and optimize existing applications to maintain reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and a seamless user experience.

- Operate within an agile framework, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a focus on continuous delivery and improvement.
