The underserved split in this market isn't price, it's currency. Every incumbent prices in USD, and the buyers who feel that most (India, SEA, Africa) are the least likely to email you about it - they just don't convert. We priced in INR (Rs.499/mo for 2,000 screenshots, free tier of 20 with no card) and it's the most-quoted reason in our signup feedback. You could take the same position in a currency none of the USD players will bother with. 3. The 100-free-no-card tier is the right acquisition shape. Watch render quality per signup, not volume - free-tier traffic that renders blank pages teaches you where your wait logic is weak before paying customers do.
