Launched Snipbeaver

With Snipbeaver, users can paste pre-saved text snippets into a text editor with a click to generate a message. This helps them avoid copy-pasting snippets multiple times.
The product is similar to some browser extensions & apps that expand keywords into a message as you type. Snipbeaver, however, is web based and does not require users to install any app/extension. An added advantage is that users don't have to memorize keywords as they can preview snippets on the website before pasting.

This product seemed ideal for a solo-founder as it was not mission-critical but useful at the same time. I also tried a new payment system where users purchase an access pass/pack instead of being billed automatically for their subscription. This provides peace of mind to both the customers and myself, considering that the bus factor for solo founders is extremely high.
