Insights along the way:

• SEO is really hard to meaningfully productize. Lots of mini variations within different verticals. Needs of local customers is different from e-commerce customers, and is different from SaaS customers.
• A big value we've seen from existing clients is just having a "go-to SEO guy". A productized retainer or similar would be interesting to try as well as our fixed price offering now.
• Tricky to scale account management, customer success and campaign management. How do you keep people feeling like they have a single point of contact while having dozens of people collaborating behind the scenes? And ideally keeping response time to ~6h/day at the same time.
