Halfway through the month:

• Page views increase by 22% compared to June
• Total events increase by 36% compared to June

A pretty significant small milestone considering no new content, marketing or promotion done for the site so traffic increases organically month by month.

It took 3 weeks, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for OpenGraph. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Vue JS and Nuxt since that's what I'm the most comfortable with.

In hindsight, I shouldn't spend too much time on SVG animation and focus on the value I could give to my users.

When working on my blog, I found it difficult and slow to check if I have set the right open graph tags for my article. While there are many tools out there that could help you generate meta tags for free, that's all there is to it.

I would like to something different, something more helpful. What if I could generate meta tags for my article and at the same time, I could analyze the content to increase the likelihood of people sharing my article on social media. This idea has led me to Social Design!
