SocialCal
Post Your Content Everywhere. One click. Ten platforms.
Managing multiple social media accounts doesn't have to be overwhelming. SocialCal simplifies the entire process by bringing all your platforms into one dashboard, powered by AI that helps you create better content faster. Here's how it works.
Getting Started: Connect Your Accounts
After signing up, head to Settings and connect your social media accounts. SocialCal supports nine major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and X (Twitter). Each platform uses secure OAuth authentication, meaning SocialCal never stores your passwords. Simply click "Connect," authorize the app, and you're ready to go. You can connect multiple accounts per platform if you manage several brands or clients.
Creating Content: One Editor, Every Platform
The heart of SocialCal is the content editor. When you create a new post, you start with a clean, distraction-free writing space. Select which platforms you want to publish to, then write your content.
Here's where SocialCal saves you time: you can write one universal message that goes everywhere, or click into individual platforms to customize each version. Want a shorter, punchier caption for X and a longer, hashtag-rich version for Instagram? No problem. The editor shows real-time character counts for each platform, so you'll never accidentally exceed limits.
Adding media is simple. Upload images or videos directly, and SocialCal handles the formatting requirements for each network automatically.
AI-Powered Assistance: Your Built-In Copywriter
Staring at a blank screen? SocialCal's AI assistant helps you generate captions in seconds. Describe what you want to post, select a tone—professional, casual, funny, or inspirational—and the AI generates platform-optimized suggestions.
The AI doesn't just write generic text. It understands that LinkedIn posts should sound professional, Instagram captions benefit from relevant hashtags, and X posts need to be concise. You can use the suggestions as-is, edit them to match your voice, or generate new options until you find the right fit.
The AI also suggests relevant hashtags based on your content, helping you reach a wider audience without spending time researching trending tags.
Scheduling: Post Now or Plan Ahead
Once your content is ready, you have options. Hit "Post Now" to publish immediately across all selected platforms, or schedule it for later. The scheduling interface lets you pick a specific date and time, and SocialCal's visual calendar gives you an overview of all upcoming posts.
This makes batch content creation easy. Spend an hour writing a week's worth of posts, schedule them all, and let SocialCal handle the rest automatically.
Drafts: Save Ideas for Later
Not ready to publish? Save your work as a draft. SocialCal preserves everything—your content, selected platforms, customizations, and uploaded media. Come back later, polish it up, and publish when you're ready.
Analytics: Track What's Working
After your posts go live, SocialCal's analytics dashboard helps you understand performance. See engagement metrics, track growth over time, and identify which content resonates with your audience. Use these insights to refine your strategy and create more of what works.
The Bottom Line
SocialCal turns a fragmented, time-consuming process into a streamlined workflow. Connect once, write once, and reach your audience everywhere—with AI helping you every step of the way. Whether you're a creator, founder, or small marketing team, SocialCal gives you back the hours you used to spend jumping between apps.
About
I was tired of logging into 9 apps to post the same content. Existing tools were too expensive or too complex. So I built SocialCal—simple multi-platform scheduling with AI built in.

Totally agree real, thoughtful conversation is hard to replace.
I ended up making a little Chrome extension called Pulse of Reddit that basically acts like my own alert system for Reddit.
Anytime someone posts something with keywords I care about like 'looking for a designer' or 'best SEO tool' it pings me right away. It’s saved me so much time and helped me hop into threads while they’re still fresh.
If you’re tired of manual digging and want to catch those conversations early, I’d really recommend giving it a look.
It’s free to start and super simple to set up.
